This is an adorable photo but it is not a Scottish Terrier. If you click through and read the comments, you'll see that they fall into two categories: those from non-terrier owning photo lovers and those from terrier connoisseurs.

I wonder what that dog would look like with a hair cut? It's hard to tell what it looks like.
First, it looks like the best stuffed animal in the entire world.
Next, having had five Cairns before my two Scots, I'd have to say this looks like a Cairn who is in desperate need of a stripping comb!
Auck, what an amount of work that would be...my wrists are tired just thinking about it now...
I think the nose is all wrong for a Scottish Terrier.
